Service Net partners with Amazon.com to provide manufacturer branded extended warranties through Amazon.com retailers.

JEFFERSONVILLE, Ind. – (April 1, 2008)– Service Net Solutions, LLC, a service management company providing warranty service solutions to manufacturers and retailers, announced that it has partnered with Amazon.com for the retail sale of branded extended service plans with the purchase of an OEM branded product.

Service Net’s current client, Samsung, is their first client to offer an OEM branded service plan through Amazon.com. “Service Net is continually looking for new, innovative ways to provide clients additional touchpoints with their customers. Adding Amazon.com’s retail web venue to our retail solution, allows the client to build brand loyalty directly with their customers. We anticipate customers will choose an OEM branded service plan versus a general plan at a rate of 10 to 1,” says Service Net’s President Chris Smith.
