SERVICE NET LAUNCHES THREE NEW SERVICE SOLUTIONS

JEFFERSONVILLE, Ind. – (July 1, 2007)

Service Net Solutions, LLC, a service management company announced it has partnered with new and existing service providers to launch three new service solutions in June 2007. The three new services provide Theft Recovery Assistance, Online Data Backup, and annual notebook cleanings giving Service Net clients additional solutions to meet their service needs.

Service Net has partnered with The CyberAngel to offer Theft Recovery Assistance and Data Protection on notebook computers. If unauthorized access occurs on a stolen or misplaced notebook, the owner is notified and CyberAngel uses encryption, locking data to protect the security of the computer’s contents. Additionally, CyberAngel uses Wi-Trac, providing 24/7 tracking, to assist in the recovery of the notebook.

Online Data Backup, provided through a partnership with Carbonite, is available to consumers to backup an unlimited number of their personal computer files. Carbonite encrypts data before it is stored and houses it on a server accessible via the internet for easy recovery. To avoid data loss, Carbonite provides automatic backup on a regular basis when internet access is available.

Partnering with Nexicore, Service Net offers the Notebook Cleaning and Maintenance program, giving customers more mileage for their notebook computers. Customers that rely on their notebook for everyday use will now be able to send their unit to receive annual physical cleaning and maintenance service to ensure the unit continues to run at maximum performance.
